If purchasing pr-esale tickets for a Jimmy Jamz Entertainment show, receipt and tickets will be emailed directly after the purchase is made. Merchandise can take up to 5-7 business days for shipment to arrive. Merchandise can also take up to 5-7 business days for processing.


Return Policy:

You may return merchandise if

-it was neither worn or washed in washing machine

-Item is not the correct size

-Item is damaged upon arrival
